Fully Alive

You know you are meant for more. You are just still sitting on the sidelines of your own life.

I was too. At 325 pounds, blackout drunk on the weekends, pretending I was happy. Then I chose myself, and everything changed. Sober. Over 100 pounds gone. Speaking on stages. Fully alive.

Now I take a small group of rebel souls, men and women, through that same identity shift, live, together.

Is this you?

You are self-aware. Awake. Maybe neurodivergent, like me and my ADHD brain. You have very big dreams, and you are not acting on them.

Your Tuesday night: showing up for everyone else, body sore and screaming at you, then numbing out at 11 p.m. with the doom scrolling, the food, the glass of wine, the weed, hitting the vape, telling yourself tomorrow will be different.

You say you need more time, less responsibility, more money. What you actually need is to pour into yourself and start right now, because the things you think you need before you can start living do not exist. They only exist in your mind.

You are afraid of not being enough. You are afraid of being too much. And deep down there is still that fire, the one that knows this is not the end of your story.

You are not the black sheep. You are a rebel soul. And here is what that actually means: you came here to break cycles and do life differently, to revolutionize the way things have always been done. You could never conform to the traditional life society tried to sell you, and that was never a flaw. That is exactly why you never fit the small, safe version of your life. You were never supposed to. And you were never supposed to do this alone.

This is not a weight loss program

Weight loss was just the part of my story you could see from the outside. Underneath it, I was breaking free from alcohol, from weed, from nicotine, from the doom scrolling, from every cycle I used to numb out.

So this is for anyone caught in a cycle. The person carrying extra weight from food addiction. The person trying to get sober, ready to walk away from the thing they know is no longer for them. The person who is not overweight at all but is stuck, self-sabotaging, and done settling. Same inner work, same room.

My proof, not my opinion

I am not teaching theory. I lived every step.

The rock bottom. Over 300 pounds, falling on the ice, unable to catch my own 2 year old son as he ran toward the road. Blackout drunk on my wedding day, on the floor of my own dance floor.

The turning point. Sobriety first. Then dancing sober, every Thursday night, until the woman who needed the weight to feel safe did not exist anymore.

The proof today. Over 100 pounds gone, naturally. A body that can do an hour and 200 flights on the StairMaster when one flight used to wind me. Strangers at the gym asking if I am a trainer. Keynotes and MCing on TEDx stages. My daughter on my shoulders, dancing through entire concerts.

The order mattered: identity first, body second. That order is the entire program.

The five methods we work inside

Everything is energy. Your thoughts trigger your emotions, your emotions set your frequency, and we attract what we are, not what we want. So we go to the root, through five methods.

1. Following the Highest Excitement. The daily decision practice that took me from a bar dance floor to a TEDx stage. Face two options, and choose the one that excites you most, no attachment to outcome. Learn to read your body's yes and no and act on it.

2. Breaking Cycles. The addiction work. Catch the ADHD dopamine loop, and instead of pacifying the uncomfortable feeling, learn to sit with it until it passes. Freedom from the food, the scroll, the wine, all the pacifiers. Your addict brain, pointed at what builds you.

3. Confidence Building. Deep identity work. Who you are at your core, your best-version self. The reps that teach your nervous system it is safe to be seen, so confidence stops being something you fake and starts being who you are.

4. Self Trust. Take charge of your default thoughts before the world does. The Vibe Reset practice, run daily, plus the truth that none of your choices were accidents. You rebuild self-trust one kept promise at a time.

5. Embodiment. Learn to read the messages your body is sending through tension, tiredness, and aches, and use your body as a compass toward the emotional changes you need to make.

Plus the room itself: live calls with people having the same breakthroughs, where the synchronicities happen and you finally feel seen. We become mirrors for one another.

We meet for 12 weeks inside the Skool community. Live group calls run weekly on Wednesdays at noon Eastern. Expect about 1 hour on the live call each week, plus 1 to 2 hours of your own self-reflection work.

We start Wednesday, October 14. We run every Wednesday through December 16, then we pause for the holidays. No calls the weeks of December 23 and December 30, because you should be with your people. We come back Wednesday, January 6 and finish on January 13. Twelve calls, all of them.

Week one

Week one feels like a fire lit within.

You finally feel seen by people in the exact same cycles as you. You stop being the black sheep and realize you are a cycle breaker who came here to make change happen. You find your soul-aligned people, you find purpose in your story, and you start to realize: oh, I was made for this. I can do this.

My promise, with a straight face

You will no longer see yourself the same way. You will no longer be a victim. This is an identity shift that makes you fully accountable for your thoughts, your actions, and the reality you are creating.

That red pill, blue pill: once you take it, there is no going back. You will not be able to make the old choices without calling yourself out on your own shit. The charade ends.

And what I refuse to promise: I will not do the work for you. I am not working with you if you do not actually want to do the work. But I will keep you accountable, help you go deeper, question you, call you out, hold your hand, see you, cheer you on, and celebrate every win.

Why I am not selling you a supplement

A lot of coaches make you think you need to buy something first. The latest supplement, the detox, the cleanse. No. You do not need any of that. Everything you need to transform already exists within you: your body, your mind, and your beliefs about what is possible for you.

What I sell is the room, the methods, and the accountability to actually use what you already have.

And if you got started with a shortcut, the surgery, the medication, that is not cheating, that is still a win. The lasting change still comes from the identity work. That is what we do here.

The week 4 question

You have done everything right for three weeks before and quit in week four. I will tell you why: I bet you quit because you saw a shift. You saw it was actually possible, and you got scared, and your nervous system pulled you back to safety.

What would happen if you kept going?

This time you will not find out alone. That is what the cohort is for.

Last word

If she could only see me now, she would have started so much sooner.

I cannot go back and tell her that. But I can tell you: stop waiting for ready. Ready is a feeling you earn after you begin.

Get in. We are done settling. We are going on a journey.

Questions

Do I need to be into manifestation for this to work? No. Everything is grounded in thoughts, emotions, and daily practice. If "frequency" is not your word yet, "reprogramming your default thinking" is the same work.

Is this only for people who want to lose weight? No. Weight loss is one door in. This is for anyone breaking a cycle: addiction, self-sabotage, or just being stuck and done settling. Men and women both.

I am on medication or had surgery for my weight. Am I welcome? Completely. Let's help you go deeper now with the lasting effects of doing the emotional and energetic work. The identity work is what makes any path stick.

What if I have quit programs before? Then you are exactly who the week 4 section is about. The room is the difference.

How much time does it take? 1 to 3 hours a week.
