There was a moment in my life when everything felt heavier than I could carry.
I was exhausted. Frustrated. Angry that I was giving everything I had and still feeling disconnected from the life I wanted to create.
Then one day, I reached my breaking point…
Standing alone in my house, I lost it.
I yelled.
I cried.
I screamed out loud: "I didn't sign up for this!!!"
And then something happened.
A voice inside me responded: "Yes, you did."
In that moment, everything shifted.
For the first time, I saw that my challenges weren't proof I was lost.
They were guiding me.
The answers I had been searching for weren't outside of me.
They were already within me.
Since then, I've made it my mission to help women reconnect with that same inner knowing.
Because you don't have to hit rock bottom to hear your intuition.
You simply need the space to listen.

It’s gentle to moderate. There will be some light movement to help us land in our bodies and open up to connecting deeper with our intuition. No choreography, no pressure, no performance. Just intuitive movement and somatic release. You are moving at your own pace in a way that feels comfortable to you.

Not at all. Everything is accessible for every body, every level, every background. You’re guided the entire time — you get to listen to your body, go at your own pace, and only do what feels good and safe.

We ease in slowly, nothing is forced, and you’re always in control of how much you participate.
