I get it.
I know what it’s like to be lost in a life that doesn’t light you up.
I was over 100 pounds heavier than I am now, miserable in my job, living for the weekends, and numbing myself with nicotine, food, weed and alcohol just to get by.
I would think, maybe I’ll do better in my next life.
But after hitting rock bottom, I decided enough is enough. In a desperate act for change, I tried something different; reiki. An energy healing session with an intuitive woman that completely cracked me open and awakened me to a spiritual piece of the puzzle that I had been missing.
I started to see life differently, began shifting my habits, my mindset, and my energy. I learned that it wasn’t about hustling harder or having the perfect strategy, it was about changing my damn frequency.
Today, I’m a new person who experienced what I can only describe as a quantum leap…. I’m self-employed, in love with my body, free from addictions, speaking on stages, helping others rise, confident, and connected to my soul’s mission.
